In order for us to continue earning funds you need to re-link your card number by clicking on the link below. After arriving at the Albertsons Community Partners page; sign in with your card number and phone number, on the next page click on the "My Account " link at the right, on this next page click on "Add a Partner", on this page enter our 11-digit ID number and click on "Add a Partner" Albertsons Community Partners link You will need to have your number off the back of your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card and our Organization ID number. It only takes a few minutes. Our Organization ID Number is: If you do not know your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card Number, please call: (877) 932-7948. If we have not given you a Community Partners Card or if you have lost it - no worry. All you need to support us is our Organization # listed above and an Albertsons Preferred Savings Card. Follow the instructions above and every time you shop at Albertsons and have your Albertsons Preferred Savings Card scanned we will earn up to 4% of your shopping dollars.
