Activities

Other than what you see on the schedule below, we also schedule three runs down the river ever day, except Sunday and an all day hike to a cave and back on Saturday. Please visit the activities page for more in depth information on these scheduled activities and activities in camp. Activities available in the area besides visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone Parks are sight seeing, hiking, tubing, biking, four wheeling, sailing, swimming, wading, fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, etc.

Church Camp Site Reservations

We have reserved all three group sites for the above dates. In addition, to accomodate early arrivals, we have reserved Group Site 1 from Saturday the 17th at 2 pm to Wednesady the 21st. Group Site 1 includes the site where all the picnic tables are and the loop adjoining it. Group sites are held for those groups who have paid reservations. Arrivals at camp between the 17th and the 21st wanting to set up camp somewhere other than Group Site 1, must check in with the camp host to avoid setting up in an area reserved by someone else. Likewise, any arrivals at camp before the 17th MUST check in with the camp host before setting up camp.

Payments
  • We have paid for the group site reservations mentioned above. Payment for camping in any of the group sites during these dates should be made to us.
    Fee - $2.00 per person per day, payable to Church of the Firstborn.
     
  • Payment for camping in a group site outside the dates we have reserved should be made to the camp host. Payment for private sites are not reserved and should be made to camp host or put in envelope at the kiosk located at the enterance to the campground.

  • Check In after 2:00 p.m. for group sites B1 and B2 (any time for group site 1)
  • Stew and Chili will be ready about 5:00 for anyone not wanting to deal with a meal while setting up camp. It will be kept hot so that everyone can eat as they arrive ond/or finish setting up camp.
Thursday
  • 8:00 a.m. - Group Breakfast and Morning Fellowship
  • 5:00 p.m. - Group Supper (Itialian)
  • 7:00 p.m. - Church
Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. - Group Breakfast and Morning Fellowship
  • 5:00 p.m. - Group Supper (Mexican)
  • 7:00 p.m. - Church
Saturday
  • 8:00 a.m. - Group Breakfast and Morning Fellowship
  • 6:00 p.m. - Group Supper (burgers, hot dogs, anything to throw on the grill)
  • 7:00 p.m. - Singing
Sunday
  • 8:00 a.m. - Group Breakfast and Morning Fellowship
  • 10:00 a.m - Church
  • after Church - Soups, Salads, Sandwiches
  • ?:00 p.m. - very informal - Food will be ready up to Church time for those who need a place to grab someting to eat before Church/Ordinance Supper
  • 7:00 p.m. - Church or Ordinance Supper
Monday
  • check out before Noon (or pay camp host for additional days if there are no prior reservations by someone else)
